Helios9N respects and protects the privacy of the individuals that use Helios9N's website and services ("Helios9N Site Services"). Individually identifiable information about you is not willfully disclosed to any third party without first receiving your permission, as explained in this privacy policy ("Privacy Policy").

Helios9N and Cookies

Upon your first visit to Helios9N, Helios9N may send a "cookie" to your computer. A cookie is a piece of data that identifies you as a unique user. People over whom Helios9N exercises no control develop the sites displayed as search results or linked to by Helios9N Site Services.  These other sites may send their own cookies to users, collect data, or solicit personal information. Helios9N may choose to exhibit its search results in the form of a "URL redirector." When Helios9N uses a URL redirector, if you click on a URL from a search result, information about the click is sent to Helios9N, and Helios9N in turn sends you to the site you clicked on. Helios9N uses this URL information to understand and improve the quality of Helios9N's search technology. For instance, Helios9N uses this information to determine how often users are satisfied with the first result of a query and how often they proceed to later results.

With Whom Does Helios9N Share Information?

Helios9N does not share information about you with advertisers, business partners, sponsors, and other third parties unless we have express consent to do so.  Since the nature of our relationship is primarily based upon leasing and renting our vacation properties, we will internally use the information you have voluntarily given to us in order to determine your credit worthiness, suitability for our properties, and some limited background information.  We sometimes contract with background and credit information providers with whom we may share your information for the specific purposes of developing the information we discussed above.  Please be aware, however, that we will release specific personal information about you if required to do so in order to comply with any valid legal process such as a search warrant, subpoena, statute, or court order.

Your consent and changes to the Privacy Policy

By using the Helios9N Site Services and our web site, you consent to the collection and use of your information as we have outlined in this policy and to our Terms of Service Policy. Notwithstanding the use of your information as explained in the proceeding discussion, in all cases your consent to use as necessary and without limitation your personal information for the purposes qualifying you as a guest and client of Helios9N or to obtain payment is implied.  Helios9N may decide to change this Privacy Policy from time to time.
